Who we are

Blackfen Little Learners is a registered childminding setting operating in Blackfen, Greater London. For the purposes of UK GDPR, the childminder is the data controller for the personal information described below.

What we collect

• Contact details you provide via the enquiry form (name, email, message).
• Information about your child once a place is offered (name, date of birth, dietary needs, emergency contacts, medical information).
• Records of attendance, observations, and learning journeys, as required by the EYFS framework.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry, to provide childcare, to meet our obligations under the EYFS framework and Ofsted registration, and to keep your child safe.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to a placement are deleted within 6 months. Records relating to children in our care are kept in accordance with statutory requirements.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, and to complain to the ICO. To exercise any of these rights, please get in touch.
